Standard Orders

Returns are of course excepted you must advise us of the return within 14 days of receiving you item.  The item MUST BE then returned within 14 days from notifying us of the return for a full refund. 

Special orders

We are unable to offer returns on special orders, personalised items and custom-made items unless damaged.  If items are damaged you must notify us as soon as possible, please keep parcel packaging and take pictures.  Please note we do not accept returns on items bought as seconds.
